As a marketing manager, you will support company leadership by managing sales leads using a CRM system, work with the in-house experts and outside vendors to generate marketing content, and plan and manage events like webinars and conferences. You will also manage all aspects of the online and social media presence for MDS. Given the small size of our company, the role will have a wide range of responsibilities and requires interfacing with both customers and the community.
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and CRM system management.
Manage technical aspects of the CRM system used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Ensure that we develop content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (social media, corporate announcements, and creative content).
Collaborate with members of the company, including executives, to build presentations for customers and strategic partners.
Manage outside vendors providing marketing and sales services to the company
Support the leadership team in presenting information and proposals to new and existing clients.
BA/BS or equivalent marketing management working experience.
Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in marketing automation systems (CRM).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, strong writing, and influence skills.
Creative and engaging personality willing to work hard to help build a great company.
Proficiency in social media content generation, marketing, and website maintenance highly preferred.
