Forward Science: Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

Forward Science, a medical technology company, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help in our growing company. Forward Science, specializing in the oral health market, focuses on technologies for screening, diagnostics, and treatments for oral health. Forward Science has products that are quickly becoming standard of care in dental and medical offices nationwide. Forward Science is a young company with an innovative product pipeline and a great corporate culture. The company has continued to grow and now is looking for someone to focus solely on recruiting and growing the team. The proper candidate should be able to work independently and communicate with hiring managers in effort to continue to grow the company nationwide.

Specific Tasks and Key Objectives

  • Develop recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
  • Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Maintain and build relationships with contingent and retained agencies.
  • Actively source talent by utilizing job boards, including niche sites, email and cold-calling.
  • Coordinate and participate in local job fairs and college recruitment events.
    Develop and maintain contacts with schools and other organizations to find and attract applicants.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Understanding of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
  • Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with a customer relations management software (CRM)
